what a great night -- for two reasons, mainly...
- found out that ray lamontagne is coming to the palace of all places on april 3rd... thank god beck saw this before tix sold out... seriously, other than the kings of leon, i don't know who i would rather see in a venue like this more than lamontagne...
- went to the pens game last night -- the played like crap for 2 periods then malkin put the team on his shoulders and brought them back to win -- again, thanks beck for what you're doing in getting these tickets -- it's really cool to be able to go to these games, but it's even better knowing that you're playing a role in getting kids to a game that they've never seen before -- that's what it's all about -- and it's very rewarding...
- jeff reed dropped the puck last night and then ended up sitting 4 rows in front of us -- i gained a lot of respect for what somebody with this level of celebrity in pittsburgh has to go through -- people were relentless, to say the least...
- roethlisberger was there also last night and sat in lemieux's private luxury box -- give's you an idea of where reed is on the food chain...
- jeff reed in pittsburgh is a celebrity(and rightfully so...)
- jeff reed in any other city is a tool bag... (and that's one of the cleaner pics out there of him...)
